Adult dosage

Apply lightly to the wound or infected area several times a day and gently rub the skin.

This medication should not be used by individuals with hypersensitivity to salicylates. Individuals whose delivery date is in 4 weeks should also not use this medication. This medication should not be applied to mucous membranes or open wound areas. Individuals allergic to any components of this medication should not use it. Newborns or children should avoid extensive long-term use and must consult a professional before use. Patients with poor kidney function should avoid long-term use on large areas as this medication can be absorbed through the skin and may cause toxicity. Pregnant women or women with a possibility of pregnancy should avoid long-term use on large areas and must consult a professional before use. Lactating women should avoid using this medication on the breast area as it may transfer to the baby through breast milk. If side effects such as dermatitis or contact allergy occur during use, stop using it immediately and consult a professional. High salicylic acid blood concentration may lead to signs of toxicity, including tinnitus, nosebleeds, nausea, vomiting, itching, and skin dryness. This medication must be used according to the prescribed dosage and adminstration. When being used in children, supervision by an adult is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use, stop using it and consult a professional. Care should be taken as applying it in high concentration over a large area may enhance the toxicity of other drugs. When used with blood sugar-lowering agents or anticoagulants, the risk of bleeding may increase. This medication is for topical application only and must not be ingested; take care to avoid contact with the eyes. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek treatment from an ophthalmologist if symptoms are severe. Avoid applying it to overly large areas as well. When storing this medication, keep it in a tightly sealed container out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place while keeping the lid tightly closed. Transferring the medication from its original container to another may lead to misuse or degradation of quality, so it must be stored in its original container.

Mild side effects

• Dermatitis may rarely occur.
• Contact allergies may rarely occur.
• Tinnitus accompanied by hearing impairment, nosebleeds, nausea, vomiting, itching, and dryness of mucous membranes may appear.

Drug interactions

This medication may increase the risk of bleeding when used with other anticoagulants. Caution is needed when taken with Coumarin, Aspirin, Dipyridamole, Dextran, Streptokinase, etc.

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain storage temperatures between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
