Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with a known allergy to this drug or its components. It also contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Use with caution in patients with thrombosis or consumptive coagulopathy, and in patients with severe damage to major organs such as the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, or blood. Patients with a history of drug allergy symptoms or those allergic to Yellow No. 4 (Tartrazine) included in this medication should also be cautious. When taking this medication, gastrointestinal symptoms such as gas bloating, abdominal discomfort, decreased appetite, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, belching, and abdominal distension may occur. Additionally, neurological and systemic symptoms such as headaches, sensory abnormalities, and fatigue may arise, so consult a physician if any unusual symptoms occur. Rare abnormal effects such as liver dysfunction, systemic edema, constipation, bronchitis, rhinitis, hypertension, dyspepsia, and myalgia have been reported in clinical trials and post-marketing studies. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only use this medication when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as its safety during pregnancy has not been established. Breastfeeding women should also use this medication with caution, as it is unknown whether it passes into breast milk. Safety and efficacy in neonates, children, and adolescents have not been confirmed, so it is better not to use it in this age group. Elderly patients are more likely to experience adverse reactions, so they should be closely monitored and administered with caution. There is insufficient research on patients with a history of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric resection, or duodenal ulcers, so use this medication carefully in such cases. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for more than 2 weeks, discontinue use and consult a specialist. Research on drug interactions has not yet been conducted, so it is safe to follow the guidance of a healthcare professional when taking it with other medications. When storing, keep in a tightly closed container away from children's reach, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping it in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container to maintain its quality.
