Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who have an allergic reaction to this drug or any of its components. This medication contains lactose and should not be administered to patients with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, and glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome. Use with caution in patients with serious issues related to thrombosis, coagulopathy, liver, kidney, heart, lungs, blood, or those with a history of drug allergies. Additionally, this medication contains Yellow No. 4 (Tartrazine) which requires caution in case of an allergy to this component. During treatment, gastrointestinal symptoms such as gas bloating, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and heartburn may occur; consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen. CNS symptoms like headaches, dizziness, and fatigue have also been reported, hence monitoring one's health is important. Various adverse reactions, including rare instances of liver dysfunction, edema, constipation, bronchitis, rhinitis, and hypertension, have been reported in clinical trials and post-marketing surveys. It is crucial to consult a professional if abnormal symptoms occur. Research on the use of this medication in patients with peptic ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, history of gastric resection, and duodenal ulcers is insufficient, thus caution is required. If symptoms do not improve after more than two weeks of use, discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist. There has been no research on interactions with other medications, but consulting a professional is advisable if taking other medications. Women who are pregnant or potentially pregnant should only use this drug if the benefits are determined to outweigh the risks, as its safety has not been established. Lactating women should also use this medication cautiously as it is unknown if it is transmitted through breast milk. The safety and efficacy in newborns, infants, children, and adolescents have not been established, so its use is not recommended. Elderly individuals over 75 years of age may be at a higher risk of adverse reactions, requiring careful monitoring during administration. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place to avoid misuse and maintain quality. Also, it is important not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
