This medication is used for patients who require simultaneous administration of both Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin. Telmisartan is primarily used for the treatment of essential hypertension and to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, particularly in high-risk patients who cannot use ACE inhibitors, lowering the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular disease-related mortality. Rosuvastatin effectively manages blood cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia or dyslipidemia, helping to slow the progression of atherosclerosis and reducing the risks of cardiovascular disease and stroke. The combination of these two medications plays an important role in managing cardiovascular disease risk and contributes to improving patients' health.
