Glialpo Tablet (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Choline alfoscerate is administered orally at a dose of 400 mg 2～3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients. Additionally, it is safe for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication, which may be related to the action of dopamine in the brain, so if symptoms occur, the dosage should be reduced. It may affect the digestive system and lead to gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders, so caution is advised. Furthermore, it may affect the mental and nervous system, leading to drowsiness, insomnia, irritability or nervous symptoms, seizures, and excessive movement. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of the reach of children, and it is advisable to store it in the original container as transferring it to another container may cause accidents or decrease the quality of the medication.
