Colliatin Soft Capsule (Cholin Alfoscerate)

Adult dose

Choline alfoscerate is administered orally at a dose of 400 mg 2∼3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Also, it is safer for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant not to take this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication, which is due to its effect on dopamine. If nausea is severe, the dosage should be reduced. Care should be taken as it may affect the digestive system and lead to gastritis or related gastrointestinal disorders. It may also impact the central nervous system, causing symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability or nervousness, seizures, and excessive movement. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. And transferring this medication to another container may cause accidents or degrade the quality of the medication, so it should be kept in its original container.
