This medication contains Vitamins E, B1, and B6, which help with physical fatigue, weakness during pregnancy and lactation, and decreased physical strength due to illness or post-illness, especially in the elderly. It also alleviates stiffness in the shoulders and neck as well as numbness and coldness in the hands and feet associated with peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. Additionally, it is used to improve symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is also effective for beriberi and eye fatigue. Furthermore, it helps relieve muscle cramp symptoms caused by magnesium deficiency, thereby being broadly used for various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

For adolescents over 12 years and adults, take 1 capsule at a time, 2 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients or who have shown hypersensitivity. It is also not recommended for infants under 12 months or patients with severe kidney dysfunction, or individuals with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. During the use of this medication, it is advisable to avoid concurrent use with medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Women undergoing treatment or those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, young children, patients with heart or circulatory issues, patients with kidney disorders, and patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should also take caution. This medication contains a dye called Tartrazine, which individuals allergic to this substance should take carefully. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, heart rhythm irregularities, or central nervous system disturbances occur during use, immediately stop taking the medication and consult with healthcare professionals. Menstrual cycles may become shorter than usual or bleeding may last longer, so monitoring is advised. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a risk of thrombosis may experience an increased risk of thrombosis when taking Vitamin E. Long-term consumption of pyridoxine in doses exceeding 500mg to 2g per day may result in neurological disorders, so caution is required. Overdosage may lead to nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, and other symptoms, so caution is necessary. Caution is also advised when taken with anti-aldosterone medications or triamterene, as this may cause hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for one month, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare expert. Strict adherence to the prescribed dosage and administration is required, and it is recommended to avoid consuming teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, around the time of taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary, especially when receiving other lipid injections. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry, and tightly sealed container to maintain quality. Additionally, it should not be transferred to other containers.
