How to take

In some cases, it may be taken between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity. The dosage may be adjusted based on efficacy and tolerance. Precautions

This medication may significantly lower blood pressure if taken with nitrate drugs or NO donors, so patients taking these medications must consult a doctor. Patients with heart disease or cardiovascular issues must thoroughly check their heart condition before taking this medication, and sexual activity that may strain the heart is not recommended. Due to the vasodilating effects of this drug, blood pressure may temporarily drop while lying down, so patients with cardiovascular diseases should be particularly cautious. Patients who have had severe heart problems or cerebrovascular accidents within the last 6 months, patients with hypotension or uncontrolled hypertension, and patients with pigmentary retinopathy should not use this medication. If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, a doctor should be consulted immediately, as failure to treat this can lead to permanent damage. Patients taking certain medications such as Ritonavir may experience a significant increase in the blood concentration of this medication, necessitating dose adjustment. Patients with phenylketonuria should avoid this medication due to the artificial sweetener aspartame contained in it. This medication is not intended for use in individuals under 18 years of age or women. Elderly patients or those with liver or renal failure should start with a lower dose, and care should be taken regarding drug interactions. Caution is required when driving or operating machinery, as dizziness or visual disturbances may occur. Co-administration of this medication with other erectile dysfunction treatments is not recommended due to lack of established safety. In case of overdose, appropriate treatment is necessary based on symptoms, and caution should be exercised as it is not removed by renal dialysis. This medication is intended for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and does not provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases. It should not be used for any purpose other than its intended treatment. If sudden vision loss or hearing loss occurs while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
