How to take

Adult dose

This medication should be taken orally at the same time each day regardless of meals. 1. Hypertension - A dose of 50 mg orally once daily for both initial and maintenance dosing is recommended. - If therapeutic effect is insufficient, it can be divided into twice daily dosing or increased to 100 mg once daily. 2. This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters. It is recommended that children or adolescents with severely reduced kidney function should not use this medication. While taking this medication, sudden drops in blood pressure can lead to dizziness or drowsiness; therefore, caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. In the event of an overdose, symptoms such as hypotension and changes in heart rate can occur, so the prescribed dose must be strictly adhered to.
