Adult dosage

Typically, a sufficient amount is injected into the periodontal pocket once a week.

If allergic symptoms, skin rashes, or itching occur during use, it should be discontinued immediately. Additionally, using this medication may lead to the proliferation of resistant bacteria or non-infectious organisms instead of beneficial bacteria, so it is advisable to stop using it if such infection symptoms arise. Occasionally, there may be pain or irritation at the application site, abnormal sensations around the teeth, headache, or rash, so care should be taken if these symptoms occur. To prevent the development of resistant bacteria, it is best to use it only for the minimum necessary period, and not to continue if symptoms do not improve. If itching, redness, swelling, or small blisters appear on the skin, these may be allergic reactions, so careful monitoring is necessary, and use should be stopped if required. For women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, the safety of this medication is not definitively established, so if use is necessary, it is crucial to carefully consider the benefits and risks. Because safety has not been sufficiently confirmed for children, it is advisable to avoid using it in this population. This medication should only be used for dental purposes, and temporary pain or irritation may occur during use, so caution is advised. Before application, thorough plaque management, such as tartar removal, is recommended, and the tip of the injector should be inserted deeply to ensure the medication reaches the depth of the periodontal pocket. After application, it is advisable to avoid vigorous rinsing or eating shortly thereafter. Keep out of reach of children to ensure safety. Finally, it is important to use this medication as directed by a physician, as some bacteria in the country have reported resistance to it.

This medication is sensitive to light and should be stored in a sealed container that blocks light. The storage temperature should be maintained between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight and safely keeping it in a cool place.
