Precautions

This drug is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, and the underlying cause should be identified through the patient's medical history and physical examination before use. If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, immediate medical attention is needed; otherwise, it can lead to penile tissue damage and loss of erectile function. Patients taking this medication should not use nitrates as there is a risk of a sudden drop in blood pressure. This drug may affect sperm production, and patients should consult a doctor for long-term use. Patients with specific heart conditions should be cautious as they may be sensitive to this drug.
