Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
Administer to children aged 12 and above and adults. Initial dose is 2 tablets, and the interval between doses should be at least 6 hours thereafter. Do not exceed 8 tablets in one day. Use the lowest effective dose for as short a duration as practicable; do not use for longer than necessary. In patients aged 75 and older, the dosing interval should be at least 6 hours.

This medication may cause liver damage in those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. If any unusual reactions such as rash or itching occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and inform healthcare providers. The ingredients in this medication may increase the risk of seizures, so individuals with a history of seizures or at risk of seizures should use it cautiously. It may be dangerous to use this medication in patients with respiratory difficulties or severe asthma; therefore, it should only be administered in a professionally monitored environment. Concurrent use with other central nervous system depressants or alcohol can cause severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, or coma, so such combinations should be avoided. Individuals with head injuries or brain disorders may be at risk of altered consciousness when taking this medication, so caution is advised. Patients with impaired liver or kidney function may require a dosage adjustment, and in severe cases, administration should be avoided. Particularly, it should not be administered to children under 12 years of age or adolescents under 18 years who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with their doctor before taking this medication, and it is advisable to avoid its use while breastfeeding. Drowsiness or dizziness may occur when driving or operating machinery, so caution is necessary. This medication should not be taken in excess of the recommended dosage, and its use with other drugs containing similar ingredients may increase the risk of liver damage. Unusual symptoms or withdrawal symptoms may occur during use, so a sudden discontinuation should be avoided; dosage should be titrated gradually under the guidance of healthcare providers.
