This medication is used to improve various symptoms in the body by supplying Vitamins E, B1, and B6. Vitamin E alleviates peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness and coldness in the hands and feet. Vitamin B1 alleviates neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, beriberi, and fatigue in the eyes. Vitamin B6 alleviates inflammation and skin problems like cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis around the mouth and tongue. This medication is also used for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Therefore, this medication is effectively used for recovery from fatigue and alleviation of various physical symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults: take 1 capsule at a time, twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to specific ingredients or have previously shown hypersensitivity. Babies under 12 months or patients with severe kidney dysfunction should also not take this medication. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism abnormalities due to hyperlipidemia or diabetes, as well as patients with pancreatitis, should use this medication with caution. This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or medications like levodopa. Women undergoing treatment, pregnant or nursing women, patients with heart or kidney problems, or patients with hypoproteinemia must consult a specialist before taking this medication. This medication contains a dye called Tartrazine, so those allergic to this component should exercise caution. If symptoms such as indigestion, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction occur while taking this medication, discontinue and consult a specialist immediately. If menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occurs, immediate consultation is required. Women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as taking Vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Taking high doses of pyridoxine for prolonged periods may result in symptoms of nerve damage. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure may occur, so caution is required. Taking this medication with certain diuretics may pose a risk of hyperkalemia; caution is necessary when taking them together. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust their dosage accordingly. When receiving other lipid injections, the dosage should be adjusted considering the lipid amounts. The prescribed usage and dosage must be strictly adhered to; it is advisable to avoid infusions containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry, and sealed place. For quality maintenance, it is safer not to transfer the medication to other containers.
