This medication is used for headaches, toothaches, pain after tooth removal, sore throat, ear pain, joint pain, neuralgia, low back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain, bruising, pain from fractures, sprains, menstrual pain, and pain from trauma. It also has antipyretic effects that help alleviate symptoms when there are chills or fever.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: 1-3 times a day, 1-2 capsules at intervals of at least 4 hours. Take with food to avoid an empty stomach.

Child dose

Ages 11 to less than 15 years: 1 capsule 1-3 times a day, with intervals of at least 4 hours. Ages 8 to less than 11 years: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, with intervals of at least 6 hours. On an empty stomach.

Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals with cardiovascular disease or those with risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and smoking should avoid high doses of this drug or use it cautiously. Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/eye mucosa → severe skin adverse reactions. Asthma → breathing issues. Conn's syndrome → severe swelling or urination abnormalities. Shock (anaphylaxis) symptoms. Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome). Myocardial infarction.
