Inhibition of SGPT elevation in chronic persistent hepatitis
This medication helps protect liver function and reduce inflammation in cases where SGPT levels are continuously elevated due to chronic persistent hepatitis. It is used to reduce liver cell damage and improve liver health.
Typically, 1 capsule per adult, taken orally 3 times a day after meals.
This drug should not be used in patients with complete bile duct obstruction. It also contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with genetic issues that prevent lactose breakdown. Use with caution in patients with chronic active hepatitis, cirrhosis, hypokalemia, severe pancreatic disease, peptic ulcer disease, and cholelithiasis. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting may occur occasionally during treatment with this medication, and it is possible to experience abdominal pain, constipation, heartburn, and upper gastrointestinal discomfort rarely. Additionally, hypersensitivity reactions such as itching or rash may occur, and skin rashes can sporadically develop. This drug may affect liver function, leading to temporary jaundice, so treatment should be discontinued and medical attention sought if symptoms occur. Rarely, systemic fatigue or dizziness has also been reported. It is important to strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration; if symptoms do not improve after 8 weeks of use or if abnormal symptoms arise, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of reach of children. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should avoid taking this medication as it may harm the fetus. Caution should be exercised when taking this drug with oral diabetes medications, as it may potentiate the effects of the diabetes drugs.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air ingress, preferably at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the drug's effectiveness for a longer period.
