Corticosteroids help to effectively relieve itching and inflammation on the skin. This medication helps reduce the inflammatory response, allowing the skin to calm down. It is particularly effective for conditions such as allergic dermatitis or atopic dermatitis and is used to improve the patient's symptoms.

How to use

Adult use

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily and gently rub it in until fully absorbed. Avoid occlusive dressing.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals. It is advisable not to use this medication on patients with hypersensitivity to it or those who have experienced allergic reactions in the past. Patients with eczematous external otitis who have perforations in the eardrum should avoid using this product as it may delay wound healing. This medication should not be used on areas of skin that have ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, as skin regeneration may be delayed. It is recommended not to use this medication in cases of perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, or in patients with anal and genital itching. This medication should not be used in infants under 2 years of age. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should use this medication cautiously, and should consult a doctor if necessary. Children and the elderly may be at a higher risk of side effects, so caution should be exercised during use. Patients allergic to propylene glycol, an ingredient in this medication, should check for allergies before use. When using this medication, skin infections may worsen, so if any symptoms of infection occur, use should be stopped immediately and a doctor consulted. When used for a prolonged period or over large areas, systemic side effects may occur, so regular blood tests are recommended. Taking care around the eyes is necessary, as this could lead to increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma; if symptoms such as blurred vision occur, a specialist should be consulted immediately. This medication is not developed for ophthalmic use; therefore, do not apply it directly to the eyes. Avoid using this medication after makeup or shaving, and do not use occlusive dressing without a doctor's instruction. Keep this medication in a safe place out of reach of children. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a doctor before using this medication, as its use may affect the fetus or newborn. Children have a larger skin surface area relative to body weight, making side effects more likely, so it is safer not to exceed a duration of use of 3 weeks. Elderly individuals are at a higher risk of side effects, requiring closer monitoring during use. It is advisable to stop using the medication as soon as symptoms improve, and to stop use and consult a doctor immediately if symptoms worsen.
