Serious allergic reactions such as severe angioedema, swelling of the face or tongue, pharyngeal edema, and shortness of breath may also occur rarely, so caution should be exercised. According to domestic studies, about 7.8% of patients reported adverse reactions, most of which were mild symptoms such as burning sensation, dry eyes, pain, and congestion. This medication should only be used for ophthalmic purposes, and care should be taken to avoid direct contact of the container tip with the eye. Vision may temporarily be blurred after instillation, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until vision clears.
