Precautions

This medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. This medication contains lactose and should not be administered to patients with a genetic disorder that affects lactose digestion. Exercise caution when using this medication in patients with bleeding tendencies or those taking medications that affect blood coagulation. Allergic reactions such as skin rash or itching may occur when using this medication, so it should be discontinued immediately if such symptoms arise. Bleeding may occur rarely, so if bleeding symptoms appear, discontinue use and consult a physician. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, and heartburn may occur. Symptoms of cardiovascular abnormalities such as rapid heart rate, cold extremities, and low blood pressure may occur. Various symptoms such as headache, facial flushing, dizziness, warmth, fatigue, swelling, body tremors, increased body hair, and anemia may rarely appear. Patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis should monitor symptom changes and determine whether to continue use, and its effectiveness is uncertain for severe cases that require surgery. Safety during pregnancy has not been established, and uterine contraction effects have been reported in animal studies, so it should not be used by pregnant women. Safety in children has not been established, and there is limited experience with use. Elderly patients may have reduced physical function, so caution is advised, including adjusting the medication dose. Excessive doses in healthy adults may temporarily lower blood pressure, so monitoring is necessary.
