This medication is used as an adjunct therapy to alleviate symptoms of chronic hepatitis and toxic liver disease and to help restore liver function.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule/tablet per dose, 2 to 3 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. During treatment with this medication, do not take the drug L-Dopa in combination. Patients currently receiving treatment from a physician must consult with their doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience symptoms such as itching, skin rash, redness, constipation, nausea, or discomfort in the upper abdomen during treatment, you should stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for about a month, you should also stop taking it and consult a professional. Long-term use of high doses of vitamin B6 (500mg to 2g per day) can cause nerve damage, so caution is advised. Patients deficient in folic acid who take more than 10 micrograms of vitamin B12 daily may experience blood-related side effects, so caution is necessary. If you accidentally overdose on this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, as it can turn urine yellow and affect clinical test results. It should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. This medication should be stored in its original container, as transferring it to another container can lead to improper use or degradation of quality.

Mild side effects

Itching, skin rash, redness (congestion leading to flushing), constipation, nausea, discomfort in the upper abdomen, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological abnormal reactions, yellow discoloration of urine.
