This medication helps to control blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension and improve cardiovascular health. Additionally, in cases where ACE inhibitors cannot be used, it is effective in reducing the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and death due to cardiovascular disease in patients aged 55 and older with a high risk of cardiovascular disease. It is particularly useful in high-risk patients with coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease, stroke, or diabetes. This drug may help prevent serious complications related to cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, it is actively used for hypertension management and reduction of cardiovascular disease risk.

How to take
