Precautions

This medication should not be administered to patients with bleeding. This is because conditions like hemophilia or peptic ulcer that are associated with a high risk of bleeding may lead to more severe bleeding. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication, as it may be harmful to the fetus. Since this medication contains lactose, patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not take it. Women during menstruation or patients with a tendency to bleed should use this medication cautiously, as the risk of bleeding may increase. Patients taking anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors should be cautious when using this medication, as the risk of bleeding may increase. Patients with severely impaired renal function may be affected in terms of excretion of this medication, requiring careful administration. Elderly patients may retain the drug in their system longer due to decreased kidney and liver function, so treatment should begin at a lower dose with close observation of conditions. This medication may cause serious side effects such as bleeding, liver dysfunction, or blood abnormalities; if symptoms occur, administration should be stopped immediately and a doctor should be consulted. Regular blood tests are recommended while taking this medication to monitor for any abnormalities. Allergic reactions, skin rashes, indigestion, palpitations, drowsiness, and other side effects may occur, and if such symptoms arise, inform a physician. It is advisable for pregnant or nursing women to avoid this medication, and if absolutely necessary, to refrain from breastfeeding. The safety in pediatric patients has not been established, so it is best not to use it in children. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and should not be transferred to other containers to maintain quality.
