Adult dose
Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: 10 mg orally once a day or 20 mg once a day depending on symptoms. Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: 10 mg or 20 mg once a day for 4 to 8 weeks. If symptoms persist after 8 weeks of treatment, 10 mg or 20 mg can be taken twice a day for 8 weeks (only for patients with severe mucosal damage). Relief of gastroesophageal reflux disease symptoms: 10 mg once a day.
Child dose

This medication is effective in treating gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers and alleviating the symptoms of erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is also used for long-term maintenance therapy for gastroesophageal reflux disease and is prescribed in combination with antibiotics for patients with gastrointestinal ulcers infected with Helicobacter pylori. Additionally, it applies to Zollinger-Ellison syndrome to control excessive gastric acid secretion. This drug helps in treating gastric diseases, improving the quality of life for patients.

How to take

Adult dose

Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: 10 mg orally once a day or 20 mg once a day depending on symptoms. Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: 10 mg or 20 mg once a day for 4 to 8 weeks.
