These medications effectively lower blood pressure and help prevent cardiovascular complications. By controlling blood pressure, they reduce the burden on the heart and blood vessels, thus improving health. This drug has proven therapeutic effects, and good results can be anticipated with consistent usage. It is recommended to use it safely, adjusting according to the patient's condition.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is administered once daily, with one tablet taken with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). Precautions

This drug can cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn, especially during pregnancy in the second and third trimesters, so it should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy is confirmed. It should not be used in patients with allergies to this drug's active ingredients or similar medications, pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with severe liver disease or specific heart conditions, and patients undergoing kidney dialysis. Patients with dehydration or low sodium levels may experience hypotension, so careful monitoring is necessary at the start of treatment. In cases of rapid vascular dilation leading to hypotension, patients with severe aortic stenosis, obstructive coronary artery disease, or congestive heart failure should use this drug cautiously. Patients with impaired kidney function may experience worsening of kidney function when taking this drug, so caution is needed. Patients with reduced liver function may have delayed metabolism of this drug, so caution is recommended during use. During treatment, side effects such as dizziness, headache, hypotension, edema, indigestion, and skin rashes may occur; consult a doctor if any adverse symptoms arise. It is safer not to take this drug during pregnancy, and it should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy occurs while taking it. Breastfeeding women should be cautious since this drug can be passed through breast milk, which may cause adverse reactions in infants; therefore, either breastfeeding or taking this medication should be discontinued. This drug is not recommended for children under 18 years of age as its safety and efficacy have not been established for this demographic. Elderly patients should begin treatment with low doses, taking into account possible liver or kidney function decline. In case of overdose, severe hypotension and heart problems may occur, so the prescribed dosage must be strictly followed as per the doctor's instructions. This medication should be stored in a place away from direct sunlight and moisture, out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container should be avoided.
