Serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, can occur, so elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease should be particularly careful. This medication can cause allergic reactions, especially serious allergic reactions like anaphylaxis, so patients with a history of allergy to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not take it. Although it has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, it may delay the diagnosis of infectious complications, so caution should be exercised when infections are suspected. Patients with peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, hypertension, hypersensitivity to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, and infants should not take this medication. Patients with blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney dysfunction, history of hypersensitivity, heart failure, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, esophageal passage disorders, elderly individuals, etc., should be administered this medication with caution, and these patients require close monitoring according to a physician's instructions. This medication should be used at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be performed during long-term use. When used in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or certain medications, the risk of adverse effects may increase due to interactions, so consultation with a physician is necessary before simultaneous administration. During pregnancy, especially in late pregnancy, this medication may harm the fetus, so pregnant women should not take it, and women who may become pregnant should also use it with caution. Elderly patients may exhibit adverse reactions more readily, so starting with a low dose and using it cautiously is advised.
