This medication helps support health by supplying vitamins E, B1, and B6 that are necessary during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, after illness, and in old age. It is also useful for alleviating symptoms related to peripheral circulation disorders and menopause, such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness and coldness in the hands and feet. It also aids in pain relief for neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is effective for treating inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis), eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, and eye fatigue. This medication is used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 12 and older: Take 1 capsule, twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months of age, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, or individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. Patients with lipid metabolism issues such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis, and those allergic to tartrazine (Yellow No. 5) should take this medication with caution. During treatment with this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant, breastfeeding, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, or impaired kidney function, or those with hypoproteinemia should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, abnormal heart rate, or central nervous system symptoms occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Women may experience menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding, and caution should be exercised when taking Vitamin E if there is a risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine may cause neuropathic symptoms, so caution is needed. Overdose may result in gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema; caution is advised when taken with certain diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If there is no improvement in symptoms after taking for more than one month, it is advisable to consult a specialist. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary. When administering with other lipid injectable medications, consideration should be given to the total lipid content. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and method of administration, and it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking the medication.
