Vitamins B1, B2, and B6 are helpful when supplementing during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and during or after recovery from illness when stamina is reduced. These vitamins are also effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain, and are used to reduce eye fatigue. Therefore, taking a vitamin B complex during these symptom episodes can be beneficial in improving symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 8 years and older and adults: 1 time per day, 1 tablet after meals

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or renal disease. Patients with allergic reactions to any components in this medication should also avoid its use. Infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medication. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with a genetic inability to digest lactose. While taking this medication, do not take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa together. Children under 1 year of age, patients receiving treatment currently, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and infants should definitely consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory problems, kidney disorders, or hypoproteinemia should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, inflammation of the mouth, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, dizziness, or edema occur during the use of this medication, discontinue its use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use of high doses of pyridoxine can lead to neurological disorders, so caution is needed. High-dose administration of vitamin B12 may result in hematological abnormalities, so caution is required. High doses may cause peptic ulcers, blood sugar regulation disorders, hyperuricemia, liver damage, etc. Symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur in cases of overdose, so caution is advised. Long-term use may result in hypercalcemia and stone formation, requiring regular monitoring. Care should be taken when taken with certain diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of taking this medication, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and adult supervision is required when administering it to children. During use, urine color may change to yellow, which may affect clinical tests. Teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, airtight container to maintain its quality.
