Additionally, this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Special caution is advised for patients with serious cardiovascular problems, such as myocardial infarction or stroke, or for those with risk factors. Cardiovascular adverse reactions may occur during treatment, so symptoms should be closely monitored and action taken immediately if abnormalities are noted. It can also affect the gastrointestinal tract, leading to serious issues such as bleeding, ulcers, and perforation. This medication should not be taken by individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or hypertension. Dosage should not exceed the recommended amount, and caution should be taken not to use it simultaneously with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. During breastfeeding, it is advisable to discontinue breast feeding or the medication itself, as it can be transferred through breast milk and may cause adverse reactions in infants. People with blood disorders or tendencies towards bleeding, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart disease, hypertension, etc., should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Furthermore, when taken with aspirin, certain antihypertensive drugs, anticoagulants, diuretics, antidepressants, and others, the risk of side effects due to interactions may increase, thus consulting a healthcare professional is necessary. If allergy reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, severe headaches, or symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding occur during treatment, it is crucial to stop taking this medication immediately and consult medical personnel. Overdose may lead to severe side effects including dizziness, nausea, vomiting, kidney failure, etc., hence caution is advised. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration at the minimum dosage possible, and regular testing of liver, kidney, and blood status is recommended during long-term use. In pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, it may affect fetal kidney function, so it should only be used when absolutely necessary and at the minimum effective dose, with ultrasound monitoring of amniotic fluid recommended.
