This medicine may put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if a skin rash or hypersensitivity appears, take this medicine immediately and inform a healthcare professional. The tramadol component may increase the risk of seizures if taken in excess of the recommended dosage or with certain medications, so caution is advised. Patients with impaired respiratory function are at risk of respiratory depression when taking this medicine; therefore, it should be administered under medical observation, and other analgesics may be considered. Taking this medicine with alcohol or central nervous system depressants may lead to severe sedation, respiratory depression, or coma, so co-administration should be avoided. Individuals with head trauma or brain disorders should avoid this medicine as there is a risk of side effects such as confusion of consciousness. This medicine can cause psychological and physical dependence, so it should be taken in consultation with a physician for long-term use. Patients with compromised liver or kidney function must consult a doctor before taking this medicine, and the dosage and interval may need to be adjusted. This medicine is not to be used in children under 12 years old or in adolescents under 18 who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking this medicine, as it may pose risks to the baby, especially during breastfeeding. This medicine may cause drowsiness or dizziness, so caution is required when driving or operating machinery. Exceeding the recommended dosage may lead to severe side effects, so it is necessary to adhere strictly to the prescribed usage and dosage, and seek emergency measures in case of overdose.
