Elderly patients may have reduced kidney, liver, and heart function, so careful monitoring is necessary during use. If this medication is taken for an extended period, regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be performed, and if any abnormalities are noted, use should be discontinued immediately. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, and gastrointestinal bleeding may appear, necessitating immediate medical treatment, as there is no specific antidote.
