Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections, as it may worsen symptoms. Patients with allergies to this medication or its ingredients should also avoid use. This medication is not recommended for patients with eczema of the external ear with perforation, severe ulcers, burns, or frostbite, as it may delay skin healing. Avoid administering to patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, and non-inflammatory itching. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, especially children under 2 years of age, and elderly patients should use this medication with caution. If symptoms arise due to potential skin infections, skin irritation, rashes, or itching, discontinue use. Prolonged or extensive use may cause side effects like thinning skin or vasodilation, so caution is advised. Extensive use may have systemic effects, requiring regular check-ups. As soon as symptoms improve, discontinue use as soon as possible, and it is advisable not to use for more than 7 days. Take care when applying around the eyes, as there is a risk of glaucoma or cataracts. Pregnant or lactating women should only use the lowest dose possible when necessary, considering the effects on the fetus or infant. In children, prolonged use should be avoided due to potential adrenal suppression or growth disorders. Elderly individuals may experience side effects more readily, so careful monitoring is required when used in large amounts or for an extended period. Overuse may cause systemic side effects, so the prescribed dosage and administration should be followed. Should not be used for ophthalmic purposes or for cosmetic purposes such as after shaving or make-up. The occlusive dressing method should be used according to a doctor's instructions, as there is a risk of bacterial infection; the affected area must be kept clean. Facial skin is especially sensitive, so prolonged use is not advisable. Store out of reach of children to prevent accidents. If symptoms worsen or side effects occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
