Adult dose

Adults: 2g per dose, 3 times a day (4g for the first dose)

Child dose

Children: 1g per dose, 3 times a day

This medicine may be used alongside certain antibiotics, but it is advisable not to take it with ciprofloxacin, imipenem, or cilastatin sodium. Patients currently receiving other treatments need to exercise caution when using this medicine. This product contains lactose; therefore, patients with genetic conditions that prevent them from digesting lactose or absorbing glucose and galactose should not take it at all. When using the medication, it is essential to comply with the prescribed dosage and administration, and if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for about a month, stop using it and consult a pharmacist or doctor. If this medication is to be administered to infants under 3 months old, it should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist. Store the medicine out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool, dry place.
