View approved original text

This medication helps to reduce blood triglyceride levels when used alone for type IV hypertriglyceridemia. Additionally, in cases of combined hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia (type IIb), it is more effective in controlling blood lipid levels when used in conjunction with statin medications. It is also expected to show improvement effects when used in combination for patients with uncontrolled triglyceride levels. Therefore, this medication is used to lower triglyceride levels and improve lipid metabolism.
