This medication is used to effectively lower and control blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension for whom blood pressure control is difficult with monotherapy of Amlodipine or Olmesartan Medoxomil. This helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications and improve health.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is administered orally as 1 tablet once daily with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., morning). The recommended dosing regimen is as follows: - 5/20 mg: Given to patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with monotherapy of amlodipine 5 mg or olmesartan medoxomil 20 mg. - 10/20 mg: Given for olmesartan medoxomil 20 mg.

Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm or death to the fetus and newborn if taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, so it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy.
