Adult dose

Adults: 2g once, 3 times a day (4g for the first dose)

Child dose

Young children: 1g once, 3 times a day

This medication can be used with certain antibiotics, but it is advisable not to take it together with ciprofloxacin, imipenem, and cilastatin sodium. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor should be more cautious when using this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic disorders such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and if symptoms do not improve after about one month of taking the medication, it should be discontinued and consultation with a pharmacist or doctor should be sought. When administering this medication to infants under 3 months, consultation with a pharmacist or doctor is mandatory. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to prevent misuse of the medication and maintain its quality, it should not be transferred to other containers.
