It is also effective in alleviating dry eyes and improving night blindness, and is used for preventing poor growth of bones and teeth as well as rickets. It is effective in preventing and treating iron deficiency anemia, contributing to overall nutritional status and health improvement.

Adults aged 12 years and older: 1 tablet once a day
Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in pregnant women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as exceeding 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day may risk congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years old, are at risk of iron overdose, so it should be stored out of their reach.
