Alphacoline Injection (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult administration

Administer 1g of choline alfoscerate once daily by intramuscular or intravenous injection. Adjust the dose appropriately according to symptoms.

This medication is an ampoule injection, so care must be taken when cutting the container to avoid glass fragments entering. Special caution is needed when administering to children or the elderly. This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to it or its ingredients. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not receive this medication. Nausea may occur with this medication, and if such symptoms arise, the dosage should be reduced. Pain may develop at the injection site, and dry mouth may also occur. Additionally, psychological symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, anxiety, and skin rashes may occur. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children. Avoid transferring the medication to another container, as this may affect its quality.
