This medication contains vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C, making it suitable for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and for weakness before or after illness, as well as in old age. In particular, vitamin B1 helps relieve various pains such as neuralgia, muscular pain, and joint pain, and is effective in reducing fatigue of the eyes. These vitamins contribute to overall physical enhancement and recovery from fatigue. Therefore, this medication is used to alleviate symptoms associated with fatigue and maintain health.
Adults should take 1 tablet at a time, twice a day.
This medication should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to this medication or its components. Additionally, infants under 3 months old should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with levodopa. Individuals receiving treatment from a physician, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who could become pregnant, lactating women, premature infants, and infants should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. It is also wise for individuals with gout or kidney stones to consult with an expert before taking this medication. If symptoms like gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, loss of appetite, or abdominal bloating occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. Additionally, if menstrual periods become unexpectedly early or if bleeding persists longer than expected, discontinue use and consult an expert. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals with a tendency for thrombosis should be cautious when taking vitamin E included in this medication, as it may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance to the medication. Long-term intake of pyridoxine (500 mg to 2 g per day) may cause neuropathy, so caution is advised. Patients with folic acid deficiency may experience hematological abnormalities if they take more than 10 micrograms of vitamin B12 daily. If overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after one month of using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method. Additionally, this medication may affect blood sugar measurement in some urine tests and may change the urine color to yellow, potentially affecting test results. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, in a cool place with low humidity. It is advisable not to transfer this medication to other containers to maintain its quality.
