This drug is a steroid preparation for topical use and should not be used in patients with certain skin infections. Using this drug in cases of bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections may worsen symptoms. Additionally, patients with known allergies to this drug or its ingredients, those with a perforated eardrum, patients with ulcers or severe burns, patients with perioral dermatitis or acne, rosacea patients, patients with anal and genital itching, and infants under 2 years of age should not use this drug. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, children, and the elderly should use this drug with caution, especially if allergic to propylene glycol, which is included in this drug. When using this drug, various skin side effects such as skin infections, rashes, itching, and skin irritation may occur, and use should be discontinued if symptoms worsen or do not improve. Long-term use or use over a large area may lead to systemic side effects, so it is important to receive regular check-ups from a physician. Care must be taken when using it around the eyes as it can cause increased intraocular pressure or eye diseases such as glaucoma. For eczema or dermatitis accompanied by skin infections, appropriate antimicrobial or antifungal treatment is required before using this drug. Pregnant or nursing mothers should avoid long-term or extensive use of this drug and should only use it when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks. Children should not use this drug for more than 3 weeks due to a higher risk of side effects due to greater absorption per body surface area, and extra caution should be taken in diaper areas. The elderly are at a higher risk of side effects, so careful monitoring is necessary when used in large amounts or for extended periods. This drug should not be used for ophthalmic purposes and should ideally not be used for reasons other than treatment, such as after cosmetics application or shaving. When using occlusive dressings, it should be strictly according to the directive of a physician, and the affected area should be cleaned beforehand to reduce the risk of infection. This drug should be kept out of reach of children.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This drug should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. The recommended storage temperature is between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
