This medication helps to relieve physical fatigue by supplying vitamins E, B1, and B6, particularly beneficial during pregnancy, breastfeeding, post-illness physical recovery, and in old age. It is also effective in alleviating symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, as well as coldness in the hands and feet that occur during peripheral blood circulation disturbances and menopause. It may assist with various conditions including neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, inflammation around the mouth, and dermatitis. It is also used for recovery from eye fatigue and is effective in alleviating muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication supports the improvement of various physical symptoms and fatigue.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

For adolescents aged 12 and older, take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to specific ingredients, infants under 12 months of age, those with severe kidney dysfunction, or individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. Those with metabolic disorders related to fat, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should use this medication with caution, and individuals allergic to the colorant Yellow No. 5 should also be careful. It is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa during the use of this product. Women who are undergoing medical treatment, are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, young children, and those with heart or kidney problems, or those with hypoalbuminemia should consult an expert before use. If symptoms such as heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, abnormal heartbeats, or central nervous system symptoms occur during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult an expert. Also, women with menstrual changes, prolonged bleeding, or those taking estrogen-containing contraceptives should be cautious, as high-dose long-term use of pyridoxine may cause neurological disorders. In case of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur, so caution is advised. Pay attention to potassium levels when taken with specific diuretics. If there is no improvement in symptoms after more than one month of use, consulting an expert is recommended. Regularly check blood fat levels during treatment to adjust dosage as needed, especially when using with other lipid medications, considering the total lipid amount. Always adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, and it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. When storing, keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. Additionally, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container to prevent misuse and to maintain quality.
