The vitamins E, B1, and B6 in this medication are used for various conditions such as physical fatigue, decreased stamina during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during and after illness, and in old age. It also helps alleviate symptoms of stiffness in the shoulders or neck and coldness in the hands and feet caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopause. It is effective for various inflammatory diseases such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, stomatitis, as well as symptoms of fatigue in the eyes and muscle spasms due to magnesium deficiency. This efficacy contributes to the overall enhancement of stamina and alleviation of symptoms, improving health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule at a time, 2 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergic reactions to this drug or its components. Avoid use in infants under 12 months or patients with severe kidney dysfunction. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should safely refrain from taking this medication. During usage, do not combine this medication with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or drugs such as levodopa. Women who are undergoing treatment, pregnant or possibly pregnant, breastfeeding women, patients with heart or kidney problems, patients with hypoproteinemia, or those with lipid metabolism disorders should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication contains a pigment called Yellow No. 5, and caution is required for those allergic to this component. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system symptoms occur, immediately discontinue use and consult a specialist. Additionally, if menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occurs, discontinue use and seek consultation. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E use. Long-term use of high doses of pyridoxine may cause neurological disorders, so caution is necessary. Overdose may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, heart failure, so immediate specialist consultation is required. Concomitant use with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may pose a risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, consult a specialist. Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, and avoid consuming tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after use. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust dosage accordingly. When receiving other lipid-lowering medications, consider the lipid content in this medication for adjustments. Store this medication out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.

Cardiac arrest (cardiac rhythm cessation), central nervous system dysfunction.

Mild side effects

Abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, menstruation may arrive earlier or become heavier, and bleeding may last for a prolonged period, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms (peripheral nervous system dysfunction), hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema.

Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Additionally, consult a doctor or pharmacist when using it with oral contraceptives that contain estrogen, aldosterone antagonists, triamterene, or injectable lipid products.
