Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, those with sarcoidosis (an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease), and patients with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals who have allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should avoid taking it. It is also safest for infants under 3 months and patients with kidney stones not to take this medication. Before taking this medication, it is necessary to consult with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist as appropriate. Particularly, women who are currently being treated, pregnant or possibly pregnant, or breastfeeding, as well as premature or young infants, must consult a specialist. This is because the Vitamin D components can be transmitted to newborns through breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia. It is also important for those with a history of kidney stones to consult a specialist before taking it. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, skin rashes, or redness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Also, if menstruation starts earlier than expected or if bleeding persists for a long time, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as taking Vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. If this medication is accidentally taken in excess or symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a tight container in a cool, dry place.
