This medication is used to supplement vitamins E, B1, and B6 to alleviate physical fatigue, energy depletion during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness recovery, and in the elderly. It also helps relieve symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness or coldness in the hands and feet which occur during peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopause. It is also beneficial for pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, as well as various inflammatory conditions like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is effective for alleviating symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. This medication is also indicated for treating muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. In this way, it is used for nutritional supplementation and symptom relief for various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

Adolescents aged 12 and above: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. Moreover, infants younger than 12 months or patients with serious renal failure should not take this medication. Patients who are allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. Patients with abnormalities in fat metabolism or conditions such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should use this medication with caution. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 5; therefore, caution is needed if allergic to this substance. Additionally, this medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, children, patients with heart or cardiovascular diseases, renal impairment, and patients with hypoproteinemia must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, erythema, nausea, vomiting, abnormal heartbeats, or central nervous system symptoms occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Also, menstruation may accelerate or bleeding may prolong, so caution is advised. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a risk of thrombotic disorders should be careful, as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Prolonged high-dose pyridoxine intake may lead to neurological damage. In the case of excessive intake, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur, so caution is required. Taking this medication along with anti-aldosterone drugs or triamterene may increase the risk of hyperkalemia, so it should be managed carefully. If overdose occurs or if taking for more than one month without symptom improvement, consult a healthcare professional. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor blood lipid levels and adjust dosage if necessary. When receiving other intravenous lipid formulations, consider the lipid content in this medication when adjusting the dosage. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and method of administration, and avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, it is important not to transfer to another container.

Mild side effects

Stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness (erythema), nausea, vomiting, loose stools, erythema, menstruation occurring earlier or increasing in volume, prolonged bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea and vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema.
