Excess stomach acid, heartburn, and belching are primarily related to gastrointestinal issues, occurring when excess acid is secreted or when stomach acid refluxes. These symptoms can be alleviated with medications that protect the gastric mucosa and regulate excessive acid secretion. By taking such medications, patients can reduce uncomfortable heartburn and belching symptoms and improve digestive functions. Therefore, this drug is used effectively to improve digestive disorders caused by excess stomach acid.
