Adult dose
Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: Administer 10 mg orally once daily, possibly 20 mg once daily depending on symptoms, for gastric ulcers up to 8 weeks, and duodenal ulcers up to 6 weeks. Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: Administer 10 mg or 20 mg orally once daily for 4-8 weeks. If symptoms have not resolved after 8 weeks, additional treatment of either 10 mg or 20 mg orally twice daily for another 8 weeks may be considered (for severe mucosal damage confirmed patients).

This medication is used to treat gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, and erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It also helps alleviate symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and assists in long-term maintenance therapy. In patients with gastrointestinal ulcers accompanied by Helicobacter pylori infection, it enhances therapeutic effect when used in combination with antibiotics. It is effective for conditions such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome that involve excessive gastric acid secretion. This medication helps maintain the health of the stomach and esophagus and improve symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: Administer 10 mg orally once daily, possibly 20 mg once daily depending on symptoms, for gastric ulcers up to 8 weeks, and duodenal ulcers up to 6 weeks. Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: Administer 10 mg or 20 mg orally once daily for 4-8 weeks. Precautions
