How to take

Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn when taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, so it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. Individuals with allergies to this medication’s active ingredients or similar substances, pregnant or nursing women, patients with severe liver impairment or aortic stenosis, patients on dialysis, patients in shock, and certain diabetic patients should not take this medication. This medication may interact with other drugs, so patients taking other medications must inform their doctor or pharmacist. It is generally advised not to use this medication during pregnancy, particularly in the second and third trimesters, as it can have fatal effects on the fetus. Nursing women should consider stopping breastfeeding or discontinuing the medication, as it may be transmitted through breast milk. The safety and efficacy of this medication have not been established in individuals under 18 years of age. Elderly individuals may have decreased kidney and liver function, therefore they should start at a lower dose and have their dose adjusted with caution.
