Patients with allergic reactions to this drug, severe liver disease, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers should not use it. Patients with decreased liver or kidney function need to be more cautious when using this drug, and regular tests are required before and during treatment. This medication may cause various side effects, including fatigue, nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, so if symptoms are severe, consult a doctor. It is important to take the medication at regular intervals and, if a dose is missed, to take it according to the next dose schedule. Dizziness or sleepiness may occur during this medication, so driving or operating machinery should be avoided. To reduce the risk of liver toxicity, excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided, and caution is needed when taking other hepatotoxic medications. Pregnant women or nursing mothers should not take this drug, and especially if planning a pregnancy, consult a doctor. Elderly patients may have reduced liver and kidney function, so it is advisable to consult healthcare professionals before use. Safety in pediatric patients has not been established, hence it is best not to use in children.
