  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

Amlodipine or Olmesartan Medoxomil is used when blood pressure is not adequately controlled in patients with essential hypertension. These drugs relax blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and reduce the workload on the heart. By managing blood pressure stably, they help decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, they are effectively used in the treatment of essential hypertension.
