Precautions

This medicine should not be used on inflamed skin or in patients who are allergic to this medicine or its components or have had hypersensitivity reactions. It should be used with caution on dry or oily atopic skin and on patients with a history of allergy to the propylene glycol component included in this medicine. During use, severe skin reactions such as contact dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, and red spots may occur, so caution is necessary. This medicine can bleach hair or colored fabrics, so care should be taken to avoid contact with clothing or hair. If severe or persistent skin irritation symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. Using this medicine may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight, making it easier to get sunburned or suffer skin damage, so it's advisable to avoid direct sunlight and use sunscreen while using the medication. Temporary swelling of the face, dermatitis, rashes, etc. may occur, and mild stinging or reddening or peeling of the skin may appear after initial use. Symptoms such as sudden dryness and peeling of the skin may appear 1-2 weeks later, which is part of the normal treatment process; if symptoms are severe, temporarily discontinuing use may alleviate them. To minimize irritation, avoid using on already irritated skin, and it's best not to use it with other exfoliants or cleansers. Use a gentle cleanser and limit washing to a maximum of twice a day; avoid cosmetics containing perfume or alcohol. Avoid sun exposure and use sunscreen during the initial treatment and throughout treatment, and also avoid the use of UV lamps. Extra caution is required in bright or weak areas of skin. When using for the first time, it’s recommended to apply a small amount to a limited area to check for skin reactions. If irritation symptoms worsen, reduce the frequency of application or lower the concentration used; if symptoms persist, discontinue use and seek alternative treatment. Do not use this product in conjunction with other topical acne treatments, especially products containing vitamin A derivatives. It is advisable not to use this medicine during the last month of pregnancy, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should only use it sparingly if absolutely necessary, as its safety has not been established. Safety and efficacy in children have not been sufficiently verified, so caution is needed. In case of overuse, severe red spots, swelling, or peeling may occur on the skin; if such symptoms appear, discontinue use and apply a cold compress for relief. This medicine is for external use only and care should be taken to avoid contact with mucous membranes such as the eyes, nose, and mouth. If the medicine gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water immediately, and consult a healthcare provider if irritation continues. It is advisable not to use on areas with wounds or skin lesions. Finally, keep this medicine in a safe place, out of the reach of children.
