This medication is used primarily for relief of fever and pain due to colds, back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and degenerative joint disease. It is also effective for pain management after surgery. Additionally, it is applicable for various pains such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, as well as for non-articular rheumatic conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries from strains or bruises, tendinitis, and bursitis. It effectively alleviates pain associated with a broad range of conditions and symptoms, helping to reduce discomfort in daily life. Therefore, this drug is used to improve various pains and inflammations.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer orally 200-600mg per dose, 3-4 times a day. A maximum of 3200mg can be administered in a day. 3. Mild to moderate pain, colds: Administer orally 200-400mg per dose, 3-4 times a day, adjusting according to age and symptoms. 4. Migraine: Administer orally 200mg per dose.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, as there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is mandatory. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including this medication, may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease; thus, patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should use it cautiously. Serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations may occur; therefore, elderly patients or those on long-term use should be particularly cautious, and any unusual symptoms should be discussed with a healthcare provider immediately. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, or severe liver, kidney, or heart disorders should avoid this medication. Patients with allergies to any ingredient in this drug, a history of bronchial asthma, pregnant women in late pregnancy, or those undergoing chemotherapy should refrain from using it. Never exceed the recommended dosage, and it is safer not to take it with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If breastfeeding, this medication can be transferred to breast milk and may cause adverse reactions in infants; therefore, either breastfeeding should be discontinued or medication should be stopped. Patients with blood abnormalities, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart disease, hypertension, etc., should consult with a healthcare provider before taking this medication. Caution is advised when taking this drug with certain medications (e.g., ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, SSRIs) due to potential interactions. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, heart irregularities, kidney impairment, etc., occur while taking this medication, discontinue it immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Use the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and regular check-ups are necessary during long-term use. During pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, there is a risk of fetal kidney dysfunction and oligohydramnios; thus, special care and compliance with healthcare provider instructions are required when taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, and keep it in the original container for safety.
