The recommended dosage is as follows: - 5/20 milligrams: Administered to patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy with amlodipine 5 milligrams or olmesartan medoxomil 20 milligrams. - 10/20 milligrams: Administered to patients with blood pressure not adequately controlled by olmesartan medoxomil 20 milligrams.

Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant are advised to use alternative treatments that are confirmed to be safe instead of this medication. Breastfeeding women should stop breastfeeding or discontinue this medication, as it may be transferred to breast milk and affect the infant. The safety and efficacy of this medication have not been established in children under 18 years of age, and its use is not recommended. Elderly patients should start at a lower dose considering potential declines in liver, kidney, and heart function and comorbidities, and should be monitored closely.
